Office of Population Affairs (OPA) – Program Instruction Series

The Office of Population Affairs (OPA) occasionally releases new Program Instruction Series Memos to provide guidance to Title X Family Planning service grantees regarding various updates related to topics pertaining to the care of clients in our Family Planning Clinics.
